     “No one has yet explained to me how you can tell this chicken is not a chicken,” Cara complained as they rounded a corner.
     “I can’t explain it,” Richard said. “There was just something about it that wasn’t right. A feeling. It made the hairs at the back of my neck stand on end when it was near.”
     “If you’d been there,” Kahlan said, “you’d understand. When it looked at me, I could see the evil in its eyes.”
     Cara grunted her scepticism. “Maybe it needed to lay an egg.”

Note: If you haven’t read it, the first part of this book revolves around an Evil Chicken. It’s great.

Temple of the Winds and Faith of the Fallen were such standouts. Just thinking about it is making me flaily right now.

I loved their time in Westland so much <3 Now I want to reread this book.

Well. I started watching The Tudors. And Mr. Cavill… just om nom nom :P

It’d be nice if the show came back and we got to see, in detail, what Cara and Benjamin were up to in his tent. You know, that time Kahlan noticed Cara was wearing nothing but a sheet and was covered in ~love marks lol I’M JUST SAYIN’.
